Spice Creator
Spice Creator Dear Customer,

We appologize for the registration problems you are experiencing. Please follow these simple steps and I assure you that you will be running in no time.

First make sure you have latest register program. To check whether you have latest program, look into Circuit Creator Directory (Default is C:\CKTCRT\) Look for the REGISTER.EXE program. The date of this program should be February 24, 2004 or later. If you have a file with older date, download the updated file from following link.

http://www.advancedmsinc.com/download/register0224.zip

The downloaded file is a zipped file. Unzip it. Copy unzipped file register.exe into Circuit Creator Directory(default is CKTCRT). Make sure that file is copied to main Circuit Creator Directory and not into any sub directory.

Run register progrm or run any of the Circuit Creator Program. Follow the instructions on the Screen. You will get Registration Complete message on the screen. At this time, you should be able to use the software.

If you get an Error, press CTRL Key at the same time as clicking OK with the mouse. The software will show the Error Code. Please write down the Error Code.

E-Mail the error code(s) along with the file cc32.akf (This file is in the Circuit Creator Directory) to:

info@advancedmsinc.com

Also, let us have your responses to following three questions in the same E-Mail.

1.         What Operating system ?
2.         When you saw error, did you try to back date the computer ?
3.         Please look inside CKTCRT folder and let us know the date of REGISTER.EXE

We will look further into your situation and get back to you.

Thanks,
AMS Tech Support
